Should we come to Seattle on Friday to see Dystopia! (the musical)?

Here are the facts as understood by the survey-creator:

  1. You are driving from Walla Walla to Snoqualmie on Friday.
  2. You plan to leave after school.

The question before you is simply: should we drive over to Seattle on Friday, necessitating an earlier departure and a later arrival in Snoqualmie, in order to join Jake for a showing of Dystopia! (the musical)?

Here at the Johnston Group, we recognize that the decision to leave Walla Walla early on a Friday has some significant pros and cons. To help with the decision-making process, please take this survey to help guide your decision.

There are a great many reasons why driving to Seattle is a terrible, horrible and idiotic idea. These questions will help determine how many of them are real for you.
I love long car rides. Especially ones of 5+ hours.
I would feel guilty leaving school/work early on Friday.
Driving to Seattle for an improvised musical seems silly. I mean, it's not like it's Hamilton or something.
I would not feel right about Friday night bedtime getting extended by at least two hours assuming you drive to Snoqualmie following the show.
I prefer my performance art to be previously rehearsed.
I worry my sides will hurt from laughing too hard.
I fear that if I see this show, it might actually blow my mind and result in me contemplating the purpose of existence.
I like cats.

There are a great many reasons why driving to Seattle to see an improvised musical about the end of the world is a tremendously fantastic idea and one that you would regret if not experienced.
I'm sorry, did you say that this would be an improvised musical? Without a script? Sign me up!
And an accompanist on piano? Also improvised? Okay, this I have GOT to see.
I am intrigued by the chance to see Jake actually guffaw out loud.
President Trump would not want me to see this show. Therefore I want too. Badly.
There is a chance that missing this show may test my belief in giraffes.
A long road trip through Washington State on a Friday offers ample opportunity for snacks in the car. And I LOVE snacks!
This would be a fantastic way to kick off the birthday weekend!
